中文摘要 | 教師的教學信念受到個人生活經驗、受教經驗,以及師資培育專業訓練的影響,師資培育對於檢視、建構或是重新建構師資生的教學信念尤其扮演著極為重要的角色。本文旨在探討師資培育課程及授課教師因素與師資生教學信念的相關及其影響,以修讀教育學程教育心理學及教學原理的學生共計358人進行問卷調查。結果發現:1.修課前、後,師資生的教學信念大致趨向進步取向。2.師資生的教學信念在不同背景因素下,部份達到顯著差異。3.以師資生修課前、後之信念進行比較,部份教學信念達到顯著差異。4.教育心理學及教學原理之課程内容及授課教師因素與師資生教學信念有相關性。5.教育心理學及教學原理之課程内容及授課教師因素對師資生教學信念有預測力,但預測的項目不盡相同。本研究最後並根據研究結果提出對師資培育與未來研究之建議。 |
英文摘要 | Teachers' teaching beliefs were influenced by personal life experiences, classroom experiences, and by the teacher education program. It plays an important role for teacher education program to evaluate, construct, or even reconstruct pre-service teachers' teaching beliefs. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of course and teacher factors on pre-service teachers' teaching beliefs. It examined 358 pre-service teachers' teaching beliefs by a questionnaire. The major findings of this study included: 1. most pre-service teachers' teaching beliefs were progressive approach; 2. some of the teaching beliefs by pre-service teachers in different background had significant differences; 3. some of the pre-service teachers' teaching beliefs were different before and after taking target courses; 4. course and teacher factors and pre-service teachers' teaching beliefs were related; 5. course and teacher factors can predict pre-service teachers' teaching beliefs. Upon these findings, this study proposed several suggestions for teacher education for teacher education program and future studies. |
