中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討不同背景與不同教學情境的國小學教師,其教學信念、教 學效能與教學行為的差異情形,並分析教學信念與教師效能對教學行為的解釋情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以高屏地區公立國民小學教師為母群體,採分層比例抽樣方式,利 用自編之「國民小學教師教學狀況調查問卷」, 對 127 所學校 1045 位小學教師進行調查 研究。根據資料分析結果,本研究的主要發現如下: 一、國民小學教師教學信念和教學行為大部部份趨向進步取向,但不同背景變項間仍有差異 存在。 二、國民小學教師在「內控性教學效能」上偏向高效能,在「抗衡性教學效能」上則偏向低 效能。 三、國民小學教師教學行為雖大部份趨向進步取向,但平均數和趨向進步取向百分比卻較教 學信念為低。 四、「內控性教學效能」對教師教學行為的解釋力最大,教師對「學生差異」的信念次之。 五、國民小學教師教學行為進步取向強度因教學信念進步取向強度之不同而有所差異。 六、國民小學教師教學行為進步取向強度因教師效能之不同有所差異。 本研究亦根據研究結果,對教育行政機關、學校行政和未來研究提出具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to onvestigte the telationship among teachers, beliefs, teachers, sense of efficacy and teachers' belhavior on various background and context of elementarv school teachers. A sample of 1045 teachers randomly selected from 127 elementary schools in Koashuing and Pingtung area completed aquestionaire. T-test, one way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression methods were used to analyze dat a. The conclusions were drawn as follows: 1.Teachers' beliefs would be more inclined to progressive, but there were differences among them. 2.Teachers' internal contrnal teaching efficacy would be more inclined to high, and teachers' external control teaching officacy would be more inclined to low. 3.Teachers' behavior less progressive than teachers' beliefs. 4.Of all the explained variables, the teachers' internal control reaching efficacy explain the varation of teachers' behavior most. 5.There was lower significant relationship between teachers' beliefs and teachers' behavior. 6.There was significant relationship between teachers' efficacy and teachers' behavior. Applications for the results of the study and suggestions for policy and future study were also provided. |
