中文摘要 | 本研究分成兩階段,第一階段分別以烤箱法及電容式、電阻式和蒸餾法水分計對不同含水率的濕穀進行含水率的量測,並以烤箱法為標準,比較其它三種方法的差異性。使用電容式與電阻式水分計量測時,所需時間最短,操作也最容易;然濕穀含水率高於24%w.b.時,其量測準確性不良。蒸餾法採用布朗-杜威(Brown-Duvel)蒸餾水分計。油溫預熱與否會影響其測定時間和水分測定值。對於稻穀含水率13至31%w.b.範圍內,各種方法之校正曲線已建立,可供迅速換算出正確含水率。第二階段以自製蒸餾裝置(單筒式和多筒式),對不同含水率的濕穀進行量測。發現無論是布朗-杜威式水分計或自製之蒸餾裝置,對於高含水率的稻穀,其測定誤差均比電容式和電阻式小。由蒸餾實驗結果得到一個簡單估計含水率的方法,即將初始油溫預熱至140~190 ℃,蒸餾時間二十分鐘,則蒸餾所得的含水率加上3%即為約略正確的含水率。此方法適用於含水率大於20%w.b.之稻穀。 |
英文摘要 | This study includes two parts: In the first part, the oven method, a capacitance-type meter, a resistance-type meter, and a distillation apparatus were used to determine various moisture contents(m. c.) were used as standard of rough rough rice. The moisture content data obtained through oven method were compared and correlated with those through other means. The electronic meters required much less time to measure the m.c. of a rice sample and were easy to operate, but they became less accurate when the measuring m.c. higher than 24%w.b.. A Brown-Duvel Moisture Tester was used to determine the m.c. of rice by distilling the water out of the rice grain. It was found that both distilling time and m.c. data obtained were affected by whether the oil was preheated. Correlation models, which were good within m.c. range of 13-31%w.b., were established to estimate the oven-method m.c. with the distilling data. In the second part, a single-cell and a multi-cell distillation apparatus were constructed to measure m.c. of various grain moisture levels. It was found that for high m.c., the distillation results were more accurate than those by electronic meters. If the oil in the distillation apparatus were preheated to 140~190 ℃ and the distill time was set to 20 min, the m.c. measured by distillation method was consistently about 3% less than those measured by oven method in the moisture range over 20%w.b.. |
