英文摘要 | Our researches studied with the process of dehydrogen sulfide at the beginning. Then, we analyzed the process of amine absorption processes of our plant. From the amine reaction mechanism; we found that the operating guidelines of the sulfur recovery plant-Claus unit and tail gas treating unit. These studies not only help us integrate the amine system, but also provide the proposed DEA system to replace the original of Vacuum Gas Oil/Hydro- desulfurization (VGO/HDS) plant. From the computer simulation, it is not necessary to change or modify the manipulating variables and equipment. If we substitute the DEA with the DIPA in our VGO/HDS unit. This report included five topics: 1. the processes of de-hydrogen sulfide. 2. the selection of amines. 3.introduction to the sulfur recover unit tail gastreating unit and its operating me chanism. 4. the reaction theory of di-isopropanolamine with the sour gas. 5. system analysis with the simulation and calculation results. Consequently, our results and analysis methods show that the right steps and to integrate the whole amine system in our plant. |
