中文摘要 | 本研究以鹹性添著活性碳吸附處理含硫化氫及甲硫醇之臭味氣體。依文獻及過去之研究選擇氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀、碳酸鈉及碳酸鉀為活性碳鹼性添著液。研究結果顯示經鹹液添著之活性碳對含硫臭味氣體之吸附量較未添著活性碳之2.5倍;對甲硫醇之吸附量則增為未添著活性碳之3倍。由於硫化氫之吸附當量為1(mole-H�特/mole-MOH),因而判斷留硫化氫與MOH之主要反應可能為H�特 + MOH → MHS + H�烙。於鹹性添著活性碳吸附處理硫化氫與甲硫醇之雙質吸附系統中甲硫醇為優勢吸附質。 |
英文摘要 | Removal efficiencies of hydrogen sulfide (H�特) and methyl mercaptan (CH�訕H) in gas mixtures were investigated using alkaline activated carbons. Four alkaline solutions (NaOH, KOH, K�浚O�� and Na�浚O��) were applied to impregnate virgin activated carbon. Results showed that alkaline impregnation improved the adsorption capacity of activated carbon significantly. NaOH was the best additive for increasing the adsorption capacity of Ch�訕H and H�特 on activated carbon. A dosage of 50 mg-NaOH/g-activated carbon could increase the adsorption capacity of methyl mercaptan 3 fold and the adsorption capacity of hydrogen sulfide 2.5 fold compared to that of virgin activated carbon. The molar ratio ratio of H�特 adsorbed to KOH or NaOH is approximately 1 (mole-H�特/mold-MOH). The dominant reaction may be expressed as H�特 + MOH → MHS + H�烙. In binary-component systems, CH�訕H tends to be the preferred adsorbate for alkaline activated carbon. |
