英文摘要 | This system provides the forging industry with a quick die change technique in assisting the industry to overcome the disadvantage conditions such as unacceptable working environment and heavy work load. With the help of the QDC system, the die change takes less time and labor as well as improves the press's productivity. The developed system has been installed in a 1600-ton press and proven to reduce changeover time. (within 20 minutes) While it increases working safety as the changeover is made by remote control instead of the fork truck. Wiht these advantages, the QDC system is apparently effective to the labor intensive forging industry which production types are usually of low quantity with wide variety. |
