| 英文摘要 | In this study, TIG was used to overlay high-speed steel layer on the 4340 steel forging mould. Before overlaying, a cavity in the mould was pre-formed. The experience of our work showed that it would be much easier to get a noncracking high-speed steel overlayer if the following procedures were taken during welding: (1) to overlay a H13 layer before overlaying the high-speed steel layer. (2) to take a straight, non-weaving weldpass along the long axis of the mould. (3) to take an intermittent weld sequence. (4) to take a high preheat and interpass temperature. (avove 400℃) |
