中文摘要 | 本研究針對用顧火力電廠煙道A588鋼材之應力腐蝕破裂機構,以U形彎曲試驗及 慢速率應變拉伸試驗決定不同銲件區域之破裂傾向。U形彎曲試驗顯示銲接泰填區域(FZ) 具有較母材為佳之耐蝕性,及銲道內凝固樹枝狀晶組織邊界有相對較高之耐蝕性,但卻在此 位置呈現高氫脆(HE)敏感性,而造成晶界位置泄生大量微裂縫。覆面銲接試件於飽和硫化 氫水溶液中銲件抗拉強度急劇陂低,掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)檢視破裂面顯示銲件粗晶熱 影響區(CGHAZ)及熔填區域,均呈現高氫脆被感性。 |
英文摘要 | this study evaluated stress corrosion cracking (SCC) susceptibility of A588 steel weldments by U-bend immersion test and slow strain rate tensile (SSRT) test. The results of immersion test indicate that the fusion zone (FZ) has a higher corrosion resistance in the weld, whereas the columnar grain boundaries exhibit a higher corrosion resistant than the grain interior of the FZ. However, the coarse elongated ferrite in the FZ is susceptible to hy drogen embrittlement (HE), resulting int eh formation of microcracks therein, As a result, a severe degradation of the welds' tensile properties in the saturated H2S solution is observed. SEM fractographs of tensile specimens reveal a cleavage fracture in the coarse-grained het-affected zone (CGHAZ) and feather-like rupture in the FZ, both indicating a high sensitivity to HE. |
