中文摘要 | 傳統上,機車曲柄軸鍛件均採用熱鍛有毛邊製程。一般而言其鍛件品質較不穩定 ,材料步留率約60∼85%,能源消耗及機械加工成本亦高。本研究目的在建立曲柄軸近淨形鍛 造技術,兩件載具原本均採用熱鍛製程,材料步留率分別為77%及80%。然後我們開發三道次 溫間密閉鍛造製程,分別為前向擠伸,打頭(壓扁)及完成鍛。結果顯示材料步留率可提升 至98%,能源消耗節省20%,機械加工成本降低18%。同時動態平衡率亦可由0.62∼14.2%降低 至0.36∼2.47%。根據以上數掾我們得知,與熱間鍛造製程相較,溫間密閉鍛造製程其材料 、能源及機械加工成本較低且鍛件品質較熱鍛為佳。 |
英文摘要 | Conventionally, crank shaft forgings of motorcycle are manufactured by hot forging process with flash. Usually, quality of forgings is not so steady, the material yielding rate is about 60∼85%, energy consumption and machining cost are higher. In this research, there are two objects and the material yielding rates of the objects are 77% and 80% at the beginning. Then we develop warm flashless closed die forging process with three stages for the same objects. That is forward extrusion, upsetting and finishing. The results shows that the material yielding rate can be risen up to 98%, energy consumption can be saved up to 20% and machining cost can be reduced up to 18%. On the other hand, the dynamic balance test result is from 0.62∼14.2% down to 0.36∼2.47%. According to those figures above, we conclude that the material, energy and machining cost is lower and quality of forgings is better compared with hot forging process. |
