英文摘要 | The Major application of "Mult-action Forging Die Set "technology is on multi-axis cored joint forgings. There are many benifits such as saving material, maching time and reducing the numbers of forging process. It has more economical effect especially on the high material capital as copper alloy. The purpose of the research is to develop "Multi-action Forging Die Set" used on domestic forging press. Besides, the factories shall have the selection of traditional forging or cored forging and reduce the cost of equipments. The main research items including (1)follow the results in 1997 to develop Horizontalsplit-Horizontal-punching Die Set with 4-axes cored punches. The forgings only posses about 0.5% flash, and reduce 40% capital. (2) For various type of joints, develop Vertical-Split-Vertical-punching Die Set. It can reduce 30% capital for the product we forged. The research utilized the Die Set to develop various products, and the results will be mentioned in the paper. |
