中文摘要 | 本文根據電阻量測得到的沃斯回火恆溫變態圖,探討其在不同變態階段的顯微結 構及機械性質。含 3.52%C,2.63%Si,0.18%Mn,0.77%Cu,0.50%Ni 與 0.037%Mg 的球墨鑄 鐵經 900 ℃保溫 1 小時的沃斯田鐵化及 300,325,350 與 375 ℃不同時間的沃斯回火處 理後,討論在不同變態階段的抗拉強度,伸長率,衝擊韌性, 硬度值,金相及 x-ray 繞射 等各項性質的變化。結果顯示顯微結構的觀察及機械性質的變化與電阻量測結果相吻合。且 在製程窗間內的機械性質都能滿足 ASTM 規範的要求。而各沃斯回火溫度在第一階段變態末 期有最大的抗拉強度,在製程窗間的起始點有最大的富碳沃斯田鐵含量。 |
英文摘要 | This paper represents the experimental results relating microstructure and mechanical properties to the stage Ⅰ, processing window and stage Ⅱ of austempering reaction, and to the austempering temperature. The various stage of austempering reaction was determined by electrical resistance measurement. Ultimate tensile strength, elongation, impact energy and hardness are reported for an alloyed ductile iron with composition of 3.52%C, 2.63%Si, 0.18%Mn, 0.77%Cu, 0.50%Ni, and 0.037% Mg for austempering temperatures of 300, 325, 350, and 375 ℃ and a given range of austempering times after austenitising at 900 ℃ for 60 min. These measurements and optical and x-ray metallography were discussed in terms of the transformation of stage Ⅰ, stage Ⅱ and processing window. It is shown that the variation of microstructure and mechanical properties coincide with the results of electrical resistance measurement. The ADI ASTM A897M:1990 standard is satisfied for all austempering within the processing window, and the content of high carbon austenite reached the maximum at the onset of the processing window. |
