| 中文摘要 | 本文以顯微結構觀察,X-ray繞射及機械性質量測探討0.18%Mu-Cu-Ni球墨鑄鐵於 900 ℃沃斯田鐵化後在 400 ℃不同處理的沃斯回火特性, 並研究麻田散鐵對機械性質的影 響。實驗所用之沃斯回火保溫時間是由稍早研究的電阻係數變化曲線決定 [8]。結果顯示電 阻係數變化曲線不但能有效應用在沃斯回火處理,其所決定的熱處理窗間也與由顯微結構方 法量測值相吻合。而微量麻田散鐵對機械性質的影響則與其所含的合金元素有關。同時,沃 斯回火後的 200 ℃再回火處理可以降低麻田散鐵的不利影響, 得到比單一沃斯回火處理更 高的延韌性,並擴大能滿足 ASTM 規範的沃斯回火有效處理時間。 |
| 英文摘要 | Measurements of mechanical properties, X-ray diffraction and microstructure observation are presented for 0.18% Mn-Cu-Ni ductile iron as a function of austenitized at 900 ℃ and austempered at 400 ℃ for various time. The effect of martensite content on the mechanical properties are also discussed. The isothermal holding time at 400 ℃ was derived from the resistivity curve [8]. Mechanical properties is shown that the resistivity curve can be used in selection of austempering time. The time of processing window measured from resistivity agree reasonably well with the determined value from the microstructure. It is shown that tempering of ADI at 200 ℃ for 2 hours can be used to improve ductility and toughness compared with a single heat treatment by decreasing the essential disadvantage of martensite, and to extened the austempering time interval over which the ASTM standard can be satisfied. |
