中文摘要 | 本研究比較傳統ADI和階段式ADI兩種沃斯回火處理方式的疲勞強度,分別將球墨鑄鐵施以400℃保溫15分鐘和400℃後再作315℃保溫15至120分鐘的熱處理,然後觀察顯微結構、機械性質與疲勞性質的變化。實驗結果顯示經階段式處理使ADI的延性與韌性大幅提昇30-58%,明顯擴大原有ADI的機械性質範圍。 ADI的疲勞強度主要是受韌性影響,其值隨韌性增加而增加,經階段式處理可使疲勞強度獲得提昇,其量最多可達10%,主要是階段式處理可抑止共晶胞內第二階段變態發生並減少共晶胞界區域的未反應沃斯田鐵,降低碳化物與麻田散鐵的形成。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the fatigue properties of successive austempered ductile cast iron were investigated by rotary bending fatigue machine. The ductile iron was austempered at 400°C for 15 min and then austempered at 315°C for 15 to 120 min after austenitizing at 900°C for 60 min. In this process, the elongation and Charpy impact toughness of successive austempered ductile cast iron increased about 30-58% than that of the conventional ADI. A more wide range of mechanical properties was achieved. The fatigue strength of ADI improved with increasing in toughness that also depended mainly on the toughness. After successive treatment, the fatigue strength of ADI increased 10% than that of the single heat treatment ADI. Because the second reaction of austempering at eutectic cell area can be inhibited. |
