中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討回火麻田散鐵對沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵機械性質的影響,球墨鑄鐵經過 900 ℃保溫 60 分鐘的沃斯田鐵化及 300,325,350,375 ℃不同保溫時間的沃斯回火後再 作 200 ℃保溫 120 分鐘的回火處理以形成回火麻田散鐵與沃斯肥粒鐵的混合組織,然後比 較回火前後的拉伸性質、沖擊韌性與硬度。實驗結果顯示沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵中的麻田散鐵經 過回火後,即不降低原有的強度且可以提昇延韌性,並能提高沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵中麻田散鐵 的容許含量,縮短各性質最高點所需的沃斯回火時間,擴大沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵的有效熱處理 範圍,使得球墨鑄鐵在較短的沃斯回火時間就能有最佳的機械性質。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to determine the influence of tempered martensite on the mechanical properties of austempered ductile iron. The spheroidal graphite cast iron was tempered at 200 ℃ for 120 min after austenitising at 900 ℃ for 60 min and austempering at 300, 325, 350, and 375 ℃ for various time. Ultimate tensile strength, elongation, unnotched Charpy impact energy and hardness measurements are analysed to relate the volume fraction of tempered martensite for various austempering temperatures. The experimental results show that the tempering of ADI gives an improvement on elongation and toughness and without decreasing strength. The improvement is shown to be independent on the morphology of the bainitic ferrite. The acceptable volume fraction of maretnsite is increased with decreasing the sensitivity of tempered martensite on the mechanical properties. The maximum mechanical properties occurred at shorter austempering time after tempering at 200 ℃ compared with a single austempering treatment. The results also show that a tempering treatment can be used extend the austempering time interval over which the ASTM standard can be satisfied. |
