中文摘要 | 本研究目的為:在不同土壤中,實施田間試驗,以評估先前利用盆栽試驗所建立 碳酸銨萃取法估算堆肥有效性氮含量之迴歸模式1nY=1n a+b/X(Y:玉米植體氮吸收量,X: 碳酸銨萃取堆肥之有效性氮量r□=0.673, p<0.01),期能將堆肥的養分供應潛能配合標的作 物生育特性,使堆肥的效益發揮至最恰當。試驗結果顯示,大村試區(粘板岩沖積土)之玉米 植體氮吸收量及產量,在堆肥用量100t/ha處理下可得最高值,分別為3,599mg/plant及 8.78t/ha,外埔試區(紅壤)則以堆肥用量130t/ha處理之玉米植體氮吸收量2,735mg/plant 及產量6.63t/ha最高。由堆肥不同用量與玉米產量之迴歸分析顯示,大村試區的玉米產量在 堆肥用量約90t/ha時可得一最大估測值8.87t/ha,外埔試區之玉米產量則在試驗堆肥用量 範圍內呈現持續上昇之趨勢,在堆肥用量130t/ha之玉米產量估測值約為7.23t/ha,顯然不 同土壤的生產潛能即有所差異,因此碳酸銨萃取法雖適用於估算堆肥有效性氮含量,惟仍須 經由田間試作加以修正。 |
英文摘要 | The most efficient way to use compost is to determine the level of PAN (potentially available nitrogen) and to set it to match the amounts of nutrients needed for the crops of interest. Using the ammonium carbonate extracting method to estimate the PAN values of composts, an equation (1nY=1n a+b/X, X: PAN of compost, Y: estimated net available N, r□=0.673, p<0.01) has been developed and validated by means of pot experiments. This experiments were conducted to validate the equation in the field of 2 different soils. Results indicated that the highest N uptake of shoot and the corn yield were about 3,599mg/plant and 8.78t/ha under treatment of 100t/ha of compost in Tatsuen (State alluvial soil). In Waipu (Red soil), the highest N uptake of shoot and the corn yield were about 2,735mg/plant and 6.63t/ha under treatment of 130t/ha of compost. There were significant multiple regressions between the corn yield and the application rate of compost in different soils. However, the maximum yield of corn was about 8.87t/ha under an application rate of 90t/ha in compost in Tatsuen. But the corn yield kept increasing with an increase of the application rate of compost in Waipu, and the yield was about 7.23t/ha under an application rate of 130t/ha. Therefore, it is concluded that the ammonium carbonate extraction method is effective in estimating the PAN values of composts, but it is necessary to modify the PAN values with different soils in the field. |
