中文摘要 | 由果菜市場廢棄物、玉玉穗軸和稻草堆肥中分離耐高溫微生物。共挑出3823個菌 落於50℃下培養測其纖維素、澱粉及蛋白質分解活性,其中酵素活性及抗菌力價較高者共 有放線菌菌落75個,細菌菌落22個和真菌菌落1個作進一步之探討。放線菌菌落中,編號 55分離株在營養洋菜培養基中可產生色素,編號62a及62b纖維素分解活性較高。在固態 培養基中,其生長最適溫為50℃,而在液態培養基時則為40-45℃。當它們接種至堆肥製作 時,堆積21天,接種編號62b分離株及三個分離株混合液其C/N比降低最多和青梗白菜種 子在其抽出液中發芽率最高。可見接種耐高溫微生物可以縮短堆肥製作時間及促進其腐熟 度。 |
英文摘要 | Thermo-tolerant microbes were isolated from the compost of the mixture of vegetable- market waste, corncob and rice straw. 3823 colonies were picked up and incubated at 50℃ for the measurements of growth rate, celluloytic, amylolytic and proteolytic activities. Among them 75 isolates of actinomycetes, 22 isolates of bacteria and 1 isolate of fungus were chosen for further studies. In actinomycetes, isolates No. 62a and No. 62b had high cellulolytic activity and isolate No. 55 produced soluble pigment on nutrient agar. All of them had optimal growth temperature t 50℃ on agar medium, and at 34 to 40℃ in liquid broth. The optimal temperature for cellulolytic activity was at 50 to 45℃. During 21-day composting, C/N ratio of the compost with inoculation of isolate No. 62b and the mixed cultures was lower than that in control. Germination of Brassica chinensis was high in the compost with the inoculation of isolate No. 62b and the mixed cultures. Therefore, preparation of compost with the inoculation of thermo—tolerant actinomycetes could shorten the fermentation period and stimulate the maturity of compost. |
