中文摘要 | 活動性假牙床用樹脂有機械性質、化學性質、適合性、操作便利等之優點,而聚合方法以前皆乾熱聚合和濕熱聚合法來處理;即在50℃、4氣壓加壓下10-20分熱聚合(利用樹脂有流動性,流入已熔化的蠟模型)。近年來利用電子微波爐之微波照射,在短時間內聚合樹脂用微波聚合法已開發成功(簡稱MC法)。本研究是將MC法施用於臨床應用上所產生諸問題提出討論,首先以MC法活動性假牙床用樹脂的標準照射時間3分鐘,擴大使用照射所產生之差異變化,觀察其機械性質及化學性質之變化檢對之。另外假牙床用加熱聚合用樹脂之粉末與MC用的液體混合調配以聚合微波加熱亦例入討論。 |
英文摘要 | This study evaluated the physical and chemical properties of microwave cured resins irradiated between 1 to 10 minutes. The results obtained were as follows: 1)Microwave cured resins irradiated between 3 to 8 minutes were suitable for clinical application. 2)Microwave cured resin had sufficient high values for physical and chemical properties, which were comparable to these of heat cured resin. 3)Microwave cured resins irradiated between 1 to 2 minutes had low values for physical and chemical properties, because of incomplete polymerization of resins. 4)In addition microwave resin irrdiated for 10 minutes had poor bending strength and producing porosity. 5)We also studied microwave cured resins mixed with five types of heat cured resin powder and microwave cured type liquid. The results showed such disadvantages as the difficulty in manipulating and producing porosity. |
