中文摘要 | 本項研究的目的,在於探討國立嘉義技術學院學生情緒成熟與理性行為的狀況, 藉此反映情緒教育在實施通識教育的需求性。樣本數471人,取自二技(一年級)、二專(一年 級)、五專(一、三、五年級),每年制(級)各兩班。自編間卷一種,內容以:(l)認識自身情緒 (2)妥善管理情緒(3)自我激勵(4)認識他人情緒(5)人際關係管理,計40題,及(6)理情行 為,22題,合計62題;以五點量表核計得分,進行平均數差異性檢驗.結果發現:(一)年級愈 高、或年制的不同,其理性行為與情緒成熟有較好的趨勢;但是部份項目在年級、年制並不一 致。(二)性別上在同理心項目,女生明顯比男生要好。(三)總體樣本得分,無論是理性行為 或情緒成熟之平均得分,在五點量表中僅介於3-4點,甚至少於4點。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study were to explore the need of emotion education in NCIT for general education subjects were 471 among the student of first year, the third year and the fifth year of Junior college, the first year of 2-year program, the first year of Institute. This study used a 62-item questionnaire consisting of: (1) awareness of self emotion (2) management of self emotion (3) encouragement by self (4) awareness of other's emotion (5) management of interpersonal relationship and (6) rational believes. All of them were conducted by the writer. The students were asked to rate the frequency of their emotion events. A five-point Likert scale ranging from "completely consistent" to "completely unconsistent" was used. Findings suggest: (1) subjects scored as high on believes of reason and Emotion maturity as student's school year of Junior college, but there were no exclusively significant difference showed in gender difference : the females were higher than the males. (3) However scored all samples, the average rating of frequencies in Five-point Likert scale were at 3-4 point, even less than 4 point. |
