中文摘要 | 中藥是我國傳統國粹、國人用來治病已有數千年歷史,而目前有許多 文獻顯示自由基和許多疾病有關,為了瞭解中藥材是否能抵抗自由基的作 用,本實驗將二十二種中藥的熱水萃取液成份作減壓濃縮、冷凍乾燥後, 將中藥冷凍乾燥成份作抗自由基的實驗。結果發現以玉桂抗NADH-PMS-NBT 產生超氧陰離子(O��)(非酵素性超氧陰離子產生系統)效果最好,可達79%; 而目前已知白芍、川芎、淮七抑制鼠肝微粒體脂質過氧化的抑制可達100%。 由上面的結果可知中藥可以減弱由自由基引起的反應,我們 需要更進一步確認中藥是否可以直接去除自由基或間拉去除自由基,並用 分子生物層面探討中藥對自由基引起細胞毒害的作用。 |
英文摘要 | The Chinese herbs were used to cure diseases for over several thousands years. So far, the causes of diseases are associated with free radicals production revealed in many papers. To understand whether the Chinese herbs could possess anti-free radical activity, we test 22 Chinese herbs for experiments. The Chinese herbs were subjected to be boiled at 100℃ for one hour, the hot-water extract of each Chinese herbs was dried, and analyzed for its anti-free radical activity. The results showed that (1) Cinnamomi Cortex had the best activity of inhibiting superoxide anion produced from NADH-PMS-NBT system among all the samples examined to give 79% inhibition extent. (2)Ligusticum Rhizome, Peony root, Panchi Ginseng exhibited the activity of inhibiting lipid peroxidation of murinal liver microsome among all examined to 100% extent. From the data above, we could make a conclusion that the Chinese herbs could attenuated the reaction produced from radicals. We should further confirm whether the Chinese herbs could scavenge free radical directly or indirectly and explore the effect of chinese herbs against cytotoxicity of free radicals in molecular biology levels. |
