英文摘要 | Beneficial effect of exercise to health is widely recognized. According to lots of researches, regular exercise can definitely improve quality of life, but there are few people knowing how to do it. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health-related physical fitness and exercise, focus on the physiological basis that was brought from regular exercise. |
