中文摘要 | 據初步統計,現階段臺灣地區約有500人獲有圖書館學博、碩士學位。本研究分 別以歷史文獻法追蹤臺灣地區獲有圖書館學高等學位的人才名單,繼以問卷調查法、統計分 析法,描述圖書館學博碩士就業的情況、工作滿意度、工作困擾和生涯投注感。研究結果顯 示,受試者具有高度的生涯投注感,對其目前的工作傾向於滿意,除了工作量太重、缺乏生 涯發展的前瞻性外,工作困擾普遍不大。工作滿意與工作困擾之間有顯著的負相關;工作滿意 與生涯投注感之間有顯著的正相關;工作困擾與生涯投注感之間有顯著的低度負相關。 騿C |
英文摘要 | A service profession such as library work is totally dependent on skilled manpower. Manpower development effort must constantly match the institutions needs. This study is designed to investigate the status of MLS graduates. They have distinctive demographic characteristics, educational backgrounds, professional characteristics, career paths, and perceptions. A total of 500 were identified and mailed questionnaire. Using descriptive, analytical, and survey methods, the author aims to address the following questions: (1) The career development of MLS graduates. (2) The relationship between the demographic characteristics and job satisfaction, job disturbance and professional commitment. (3) Suggests what needs to be done for the education and training of future manpower. |
