中文摘要 | 本文研究目的為探討稻穀乾燥初期之減乾率、並建立一適合稻穀乾燥初期時特性 之薄層乾燥公式。 將不同初始含水率稻穀舖成薄層,以不同溫濕度之熱風作定時 (5、10、 15、20 分鐘 ) 乾燥,測定其乾燥速率。自試驗結果數據推論:稻穀初期乾燥、其含水率經 時變化可以指數式 MR=exp(-kt) 表達。MR 為稻穀水分比;t 為累積乾燥時間;k 為其乾燥 常數, 是熱風溫度 T 和乾燥時段△ t 之函數; 即 k=0.018154-0.003043( △ t)+0.000645(T)-0.000019( △ t)(T)+0.000115( △ t ) �� R �� =0.9555 試驗所用之乾 燥參數及其數值或範圍: 初始含水率: 15-49%d.b. 通風溫度: 35, 45,55 ℃通風速度: 0.20m/s 每回乾燥時段: 5,10,15,20 min 此乾燥曲線指數式可應用於任何稻穀循環多回合 乾燥之第一回乾燥之模擬。若每回後之均化時間足夠充分,此式可繼續應用其於以後之各回 乾燥。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the drying rate of rough rice and to establish a thin-layer drying equation to describe the drying behavior of the crop at different moisture contents during initial drying stage. Thin layers of rough rice of different initial moisture content were dried with heated air at different temperatures and humidities for 5,10,15, and 20-minute periods, respectively. The drying results showed that the drying curves ofthe grain at the initial drying stages can be described by the exponential equation MR=exp(-kt) where MR is the moisture ratio ofthe grain, t is the accumulated drying time, and k is the drying constant, which is a function of drying air temperature and the length of drying time period (△ t) , that is k=0.018154-0.003043( △ t) +0.000645(T) -0.000019( △ t)(T)+0.000115( △ t) �� R �� =0.9555 The parameters and their levels or range used for this experiment were Initial moisture contents: 15-49% d.b. Drying air temperatues: 35,45,55C Drying air velocity: 0.20 m/s Length of drying period: 5,10,15,20 min The exponential drying equation can be used to simulate the drying rate of the first pass drying of any multipass drying. It can also be applied to any of later passes of a multipass drying if there are sufficient long tempering periods between passes. |
