中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討初期乾燥溫度變化對木材乾縮的影響。特以台灣櫸 (Zelkova formosana)為試材,生材製成3cm×3cm×0.5cm(長)正方形試片、3cm× 3cm×3cm正方體小角材,氣乾材製成3cm×3cm×0.5cm(長)正方形試片,分別自 生材、氣乾材進行乾燥試驗。烘箱溫度設定:對照組為70℃、100℃;試驗組生 材部分為30℃-70℃、30℃-100℃,氣乾材部分為30℃-70℃、60℃-100℃。 試驗結果顯示:台灣櫸試材自生材始以不同溫度進行乾燥,所測得之木材全 收縮率,當試體為長度0.5 cm之正方形試片時,降低最初乾燥溫度為30℃之兩 試驗組(30℃-70℃、30℃-100℃),其全收縮率不論是弦向或是徑向,均分別 小於一開始就使用70℃或是100℃之兩對照組,證明台灣櫸木材乾燥時,自生材 始若降低初期乾燥溫度,能減低木材之全收縮率。當試體為尺寸不同之兩對照組 (100℃),試材長度3 cm之全收縮率,明顯低於長度0.5 cm者之全收縮率,此證 明,尺寸較大之木材在乾燥進行時,其收縮受到較大之限制。此外,試材尺寸不 同之兩試驗組(30℃-100℃)中,試材長度3 cm之全收縮率,僅略低於長度0.5 cm 者之全收縮率,且其間之差異並不顯著,此證明尺寸較大之木材在進行乾燥時, 自生材始,若降低其初期乾燥溫度,其收縮受到之限制將大幅減低。 |
英文摘要 | This study evaluates the effect of initial drying temperature on the shrinkage of Zelkova formosana wood. Green specimens were 3 cm×3 cm×0.5 cm(lengthwise) and 3 cm×3 cm×3 cm; air-dried specimens were 3 cm×3 cm×0.5 cm(lengthwise). Drying schedules of Zelkova formosana: treatments of contrast were drying at 70℃ and 100℃; treatments of test were 30 ℃-70℃ and 30℃-100℃ for green specimens, and 30℃-70℃ and 60℃ -100℃ for air-dried specimens. The results of this study indicate that: for Zelkova formosana, if the lower initial drying temperature in the green state is adopted, a smaller oven-dried shrinkage is realized. If the lower initial drying temperature in the green state is adopted, a smaller drying stress after oven-dried is realized. The lower initial drying temperature conduced lower oven-dried shrinkage, and the reduced shrinkage occurred in the initial stage of wood shrinkage. |
