中文摘要 | 本研究主要是使用田口(Taguchi)品質工程來探討不同的合金成份和含量及凝固冷 卻速率等製程參數對球墨鑄鐵顯微組織和機械性質的影響。實驗及解析結果顯示:(1) 欲得 高抗拉強度 (高硬度 ) 球墨鑄鐵之最適製程參數條件為: 較快的凝固冷卻速率及合金添加 量為 2.5%Si,0.6%Mn,0.02%P(0.05%P),1.0%Ni,和 0.2%Mo。其中尤以 Cu 之影響最鉅, Ni 之效果次之,而 Mo 而 Mn 之影響較小。(2) 欲得高衝擊強度 (高伸長率 ) 球墨鑄鐵之 最適製程參數條件為: 較快的凝固冷卻速率 (較慢冷速可得更高伸長率 ) 及合金添加量為 2.0%Si(3.0%Si),0.2%Mn,0.035%P,0.2%Cu,0.03%Ni,和 0.1%Mo(0.2%Mo)。其中尤以 Cu 之影響最鉅,P 之效果次之,而 Ni 和凝固冷卻速率的影響較小。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this research are to study the effects of processing parameters (i.e. alloy elements, amounts of alloy and solidification cooling rate) on the microstructures and mechanical properties of ductile iron by the Taguchi Method. The experimental results indicate that the optimum processing parameters for: (1) higher tensile strength (higher hardness) are casting with faster cooling rate and the addition amount of alloy is 2.5%Si, 0.6%Mn, 0.02%P (0.05% for hardness), 1.0%Cu, 1.0Ni% and 0.2%Mo. The highest contribute ratio Cu (89% for tensile strength, 84% for hardness). The factors of Mn and Mo are no significant influence. (2) higher toughness (higher elongation) are casting with faster cooling rate (solwer for elongation) and the addition amount of alloy is 2.0%Si (3.0% for elongation) 2.0%Mn, 0.035%P, 0.2%Cu, 0.03%Ni, and 0.1%Mo (0.2% for elongation). The highest contribute ration is Cu too (60% for impact value, 90% for elongation). The factors of Ni and solidification cooling rate are no significant influence. |
