中文摘要 | 本研究計畫主要目的是在探討合金元素Cu和Sn的單獨添加,對於呋喃樹脂模片狀石墨鑄鐵機械性質(硬度及抗拉強度等)及金相顯微組織(石墨及基地組織等)的影響。先前其他研究結果顯示,合金元素Cu具有下列特性:(1)石墨化促進元素,約為Si之10%~20%的能力。(2)微弱的促進石墨微細化及均一化。(3)促進波來鐵緻密化及肥粒鐵強化。(4)減少白口化及質量效應。而合金元素Sn則具有下列特性:(1)阻礙石墨化元素。(2)不影響石墨形狀。(3)波來鐵緻密化及安定化效果。本研究結果顯示,隨著合金元素Cu添加量之增加 (0.2~0.8%),片狀石墨之形狀由粗大變為細小,而數量則由多變少。抗拉強度則隨著添加量之增加而有逐漸昇高之趨勢,當 0.23%Cu時為 287MPa,1.97%Cu時則增加為 343MPa。合金元素Sn之添加,當添加量為 0.04%左右時,其抗拉強度與添加 0.5%Cu具有等同之數值。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research is to investigate the effects of adding alloying elements Cu and Sn independently on the metallographic microstructures (graphite, matrix, etc.) and mechanical properties (tensile strength, hardness, impact value, etc.). Previous studies showed that alloying element Cu has the following characteristics: (1) Enhance graphitize ability; its ability is about 10% to 20% of Si's. (2) Promote graphite fineness and homogenization. (3)Enhance pearlite densification and ferrite strengthening. (4) Reduce the chill tendency and the mass effect. Alloying element Sn will have the following characteristics: (1) Hinder to graphite forming. (2) No affect on the graphite shape. (3) Densification and stabilization effects on pearlite.The results indicated that, with the increasing of alloying element Cu (0.2 ~ 0.8%), the flake graphite shape varied from coarse to fine and its amount was lessened. Tensile strength is increased with the increasing of addition amount. As Cu content increased from 0.23% to 1.97%, its tensile strength changed from 287MPa to 343MPa. The tensile strength of 0.04%Sn addition has the same value with 0.5%Cu addition. |
