中文摘要 | 本文參考電阻量測所得的沃斯回火恆溫變態圖作300∼400℃不同時間的熱處理, 並用 x-ray 作各熱處理條件的顯微結構量測及熱處理製程窗間內的拉伸性質測試。 量測參 數包括富碳沃斯田鐵的體積分率、碳含量、繞射尖峰寬度,變韌肥粒鐵的繞射尖峰寬度及平 均尺寸,抗拉強度、降伏強度與伸長率。結果顯示,顯微晶格因麻田散鐵與碳化物存在而扭 曲,繞射尖峰寬度則隨沃斯回火溫度與時間的增加而減少。熱處理製程窗間內降伏強度與富 碳沃斯田鐵量的關係成反比,與變韌肥粒鐵平均尺寸間則符合 Hall-Petch 關係,而變韌肥 粒鐵平均尺寸對降伏強度的影響要比富碳沃斯田鐵量重要的多。 |
英文摘要 | Specimens sectioned from ψ25 × 250mm casting bar were given a range of austempering conditions from isothermal transformation diagram to produce a variety of microstructures. The isothermal transformation products of austempering were investigated using x-ray diffraction in terms of austenite volume fraction, mean ferrite particle size and the width of the diffraction lines of austenite and bainitic ferrite phases. Then, tensile properties of specimens austempering within processing window were discussed in terms of these microstructure parameters. It is shown that the width of the diffraction lines of austenite and bainitic ferrite phases decreases with increasing austempering time and austempering temperature. The crystal structure of austenite and bainitic ferrite phases in the upper bainitic region is more perfect than in the lower range. The yield strength revealed an inverse function of austenite content and a Hall-Petch relationship with mean ferrite particle size which was significantly most important in influence of yield strength. |
