中文摘要 | 如何增進鐵系燒結合金之機械性能一直是一個有趣的課題,在本研究中探討了碳 、磷、硼對一多元合金之燒結過程、顯微組織及機械性質之影響。實驗結果顯示顯微組織及 機械性質主要是由碳來決定,而硼能降低液態生成之溫度,增加麻田散鐵及多元複雜之碳化 物之量,其壓壞強度也因而大幅度地增加。 |
英文摘要 | Application of enhanced sintering to obtain high performance iron based alloys has been always an interesting researeh field. The researches have been done on influences of alloying additives such as carbon, phosphorus and boron on sintering process, microstructure and mechanical properties of multi-component iron based sintered alloys in this paper. The microstructure and mechanical properties of sintered alloys are mainly dependent on carbon content (graphite addition). Boron addition can obviously decrease the temperature of forming initial liquid phase and increase the amount of martensite and multiple complicated carbides in the sintered alloys. The crushing strength of sintered alloys can be greatly improved by proper addition of boron. |
