中文摘要 | 近年來由於環保意識高漲,木材料源短缺,臺電公司素材木橫擔規範雖列有臺灣 櫸木、臺灣扁柏、羅氏扁柏(紐西蘭進口)及福建柏(越南進口),但近年來因本省全面禁 止砍代天然林(包括臺灣櫸木及臺灣扁柏),以致臺電公司在標購素材木橫擔時常發生流標 ,造成供料不穩定之情形,除影響工程進度外亦影響供電可靠度。 本文分三方向進行,第一為檢討各種電桿裝置結構及分析橫擔應力需求及改變素材木橫擔尺 寸,以降低應力需求減少素材使用量而增加料源;第二為研究影響橫擔強度之因素,如鑽孔 及含水率等;第三為增加進口素材之材種以當臺電公司素材木橫擔之料源,並將規範做一全 面性之修改,包括新增樹材種類、尺寸及容許荷重等,以利實際驗收之執行及穩定料源。 本文應用有限元素法,進行各種電桿裝置之橫擔應力分析,求得橫擔之需求強度,做為橫擔 選取之標準。 搜集 15 種耐久性佳、抗彎強度 <1000kgf/cm �晷虩堙A將試驗材調節成不同 含水率, 依 CNS454 進行抗彎試驗, 以探討含水率對其破壞係數 (MOR)、 靜曲彈性係數 (MOE) 及動彈性係數 (Ed) 之影響,由氣乾比重及破壞係數之變異係數大小,判定適於當作 橫擔木用途的樹種。並將規範做一全面性之修改,包括新增樹材種類、尺寸、荷重標準及驗 收等,以利實際採購之執行及穩定料源。 研究結果及結論如下: 1. 考慮各種橫擔材種之氣乾比重及強度值之變異係數和實際應用時之強度因素, 可供為橫 擔之樹種有黃花櫚木、非洲花櫚木、非洲玫瑰木、巴西紫檀、巴杜柳安、柚木、太平洋鐵木 、美國黑胡桃、長尾尖櫧及非洲柚木等十種,均為橫擔木之適當材種。 2. 參酌研究結果、CNS 國家標準及相關規範等資料, 完成包括橫擔樹種、尺寸、容許荷重 及驗收等之素材木橫擔規範修訂建議案。 3. 建議可用防腐木橫擔、集成材木橫擔、纖維強化塑膠 (FRP) 橫擔及纖維強化熱塑性塑膠 (FRTP) 橫擔為素材木橫擔之替代性材料。 |
英文摘要 | There are three abjectives in this project. The first one is to increase the resource of wood crossarms by re-checking the structure of electric poles and relaxing the specification of the stress level of crossarms. The second one is to investigate the critical influential parameters about strength of crossarms. The third one is to increase the kinds of timber used as natural-wood crossarms Taiwan Power Company, and to revise the specification including kinds of timber, dimensions and allowable load. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bending strength, as affected by the moisture content (MC) of wood beams prepared from fifteen different wood species. The collected data of their durability and bending strength, will be the basis for assessing the feasibility for using them as crossarms in the transmission poles. Small, clear, staight-grain and orlhotropic (i,e elastic axes coincided with geometric axes) beam specimens, 2cm square × 32cm long, were prepared from the collected 15 wood species. Based on the Duncan new ranged tests on the distributions of specific gravity, the beam specimens were divided into 6 groups in which no significant differences among the values of air-dried specific gravity were observed in each group. At first, these specimens were conditioned to various MC and their dynamic modules of elasticities (Ed) were determined by stress wave method. Thereafter, each specimen was tested under central concentrated load for the evaluation of their static strength (MOR: modulus of rupture) and stiffness (MOE: modulus of elasticity). The results are summarized as follows: 1.Cross examination of the coefficients of variation of theair-dry based specific gravity and bending strength of these wood species suggests that ten wood species, including (1)New Guinea rosewood, (2) African padauk, (3) Bubinga, (4)Brasilian rosewood, (5) Selangan batu, (6) Teak, (7) Merbau, (11) Black walnut, (12) Caudate leaf chinkapin and (14)Aforormosia could be used as crossarms in the transmission poles. 2.Based on the conclusion and the CNS standards, specification revision includes the kinds of timber, dimensions of crossarm, and allowable loading, etc. 3.The anti-corrosive wood crossarms. laminated wood crossarms, fiber reinforced platics crossarms and fiber reinforced thermo-plastics cross arms are recommended as alternate materials. |
