中文摘要 | 本研究將平面道路路網視為連續型態,採用連續近似(continuum approximation) 的方式,建立以通勤者旅行時間最小為目標,且以各捷運車站的轉乘小汽車流量,以及各居 住地點的流量向量為決策變數的連續均衡模式(continuum equilibrium model)原型問題, 並推導出以捷運路線區段(transit line section)旅行時間以及平面道路上各居住地點的成 本勢能函數(cost potential function)為決策變數的對偶問題,利用有限元素法(finite element method)求解此對偶問題,以探討就業地點高度集中於中心商業區,且具有平面道 路與鐵路捷運路網的都市中,居住於研究範圍內的通勤者,可選擇透過平面道路直接至就業 地點就業,抑或透過平面道路至適當的捷運車站,爾後轉乘捷運至就業地點就業時,在各居 住地點內的通勤者所應採取的運具與路線選擇方式。此外,本研究亦可分析研究範圍內的等 旅行時間線分布、不同區位通勤者之流量方向向量、各捷運車站的轉乘旅客量以及各捷運路 線的服務範圍。最後,並以臺北都會區為例,驗證本模式之可行性。 |
英文摘要 | This study assumes there are two kinds of transportation system in use, that is, dense surface streets and a discrete rail transit network. A continuum approximation technique is proposed to simplify the data collecting and network coding and to avoid the time-consuming computations. A continuum equilibrium model with the assumption of user equilibrium is constructed to formulate a primal problem to determine park-and-ride volume at each transit station and flow direction at each residential site. Then, the dual problem determining travel times on transit line sections and the potential cost functions on surface streets is derived. The finite element method is applied to solve the dual problem. Finally, a case study of a network with surface streets and rail transit lines in Taipei metropolitan area is provided to illustrate the application of the model. The model analyzes commuters' mode and route choices at every residential site, that is, how commuters lived in different locations of a metropolitan area will travel along surface streets and then transfer at a proper rail transit station to the workplace, or use surface streets straight to the workplace. The study also plots the equi-travel time contours from the workplace to residential sites, estimates the number of transfer passengers at every station and illustrates the market areas of stations along every rail transit line. |
