| 中文摘要 | 本研究是以實驗方式探討雙成份與參成份粒子最小噴流速度。噴流床是以透明的壓克力材料所構成,其形狀為內徑138毫米,呈60度之倒圓錐管。大小、密度不同之粒子作為雙成份與參成份混合粒子之噴流床介質。結果顯示實驗所得之最小噴流速度,若以reciprocal平均粒徑計算與Mathur and Gishler(1955)以及Uemaki et al.(1983)所提之相關式比較,相對偏差在20%至25%之間。另外,本研究對於雙成份與參成份粒子之最小噴流速度分別提出其相關式,所得百分比標準偏差各為3.13%與5.98%。 |
| 英文摘要 | The minimum spouting velocities for binary and ternary particles have been investigated experimentally in this study. All the experiments were carried out in a bed of 138 mm I.D., 60° conical base transparent acrylic spouted bed with binary and ternary particles of different sizes, densities as the bed materials. The agreement of some of the existing correlations is tested against these data. The experimental results indicate that most of the experimental minimum spouting velocities are in agreement within 20% and 25% with the estimated values from Mathur and Gishler (1995) and Uemaki et al. (1983) based on the reciprocal mean particle diameter. Furthermore, two empirical correlations of minimun spouting velocities in spouted bed are proposed for binary and ternary particles with the percent standard deviations to be 3.13% and 5.98%, respectively. |
