英文摘要 | Hydrodynamic behaviors were investigated in 1, 2 and 4 cells acrylic spouted beds with binary and ternary mixtures of different sizes, densities as the bed materials. The experimental results indicated that the minimum spouting velocity, peak pressure drop, spouting pressure drop and moving pressure drop were all independent of the number of spout cells. The linear relation was observed between the moving and spouting pressure drops to have a slope of 1.09. The minimum spouting velocity was strongly influenced by non-uniform gas inlet of each cell. In single-spout and multiple spouted beds, the minimum spouting velocities increased with increasing the static bed height, particle sizes, particle density and gas inlet diameter. Furthermore, an empirical correlation for the minimum spouting velocity of binary and ternary mixtures was proposed to fit the experimental data with average absolute difference ratios (AADR) to be 2.59% and 2.61%, respectively. |
