| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討以活性炭床處理雙成份廢有機溶劑蒸氣之吸附與再生動態 行為。吸附過程以氮氮攜帶稀丙酮與乙醛蒸氣進入活性炭床,飽和後以熱氮氣脫 除吸附物再生活性炭。實驗參數包括進料濃度、系統壓力、再生溫度和程式化變 溫脫附等。由實驗結果發現BPL活性炭對丙酮吸附力較對乙醛大,特別在低濃 度下。在吸附階段,乙醛貫穿後出口濃度超過其進口濃度。而活性炭床熱再生後 之冷卻步驟可以省略,亦即吸附床床溫不影響丙酮與乙醛之分離。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this paper, the dynamic behavior of adsorption and desorption of an activated carbonbed treating bisolutes of waste organic solvent vapors was investigated. Dilute acetone andacetaldehyde vapors were carried by nitrogen through a fixed-bed of carbon at adsorptionphase. After saturation, the carbon was regenerated by hot nitrogen. The experimentalparameters included inlet concentration, bed pressure, regeneration temperature and programmed variable desorption temperatures. It is found that acetone is more adsorbable thanacetaldehyde on BPL activated carbon, particularly at low concentration. At adsorptionphase, the exit concetration of acetaldehyde overshot its inlet concentration. The influenceof initial bed temperature on breakthrough curve is insignificant. The coolling step followingthermal purge regeneration can be omitted for separating acetone and acetaldehyde. |
