中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於開發一臺結構輕巧、機動性佳、保養維修容易、價廉且故障率低之離心式撒佈專用機,主要做為行間作物施撒粉、粒狀化學肥料使用。設計之施肥機行走速度有高低二段,肥料撒佈量配出調節計有23段可供選擇,以適應不同作物在不同階段所需施肥量。 本施肥機可適用於各種行栽作物,於茶園作業時,作業能量每小時約達0.46公頃以上,比人工快約5.2倍,效率甚高,可有效掌握施肥時段。另因本身具有行走能力,因此作業時方便且省力。於撒佈均勻度試驗中,在行走縱方向肥料撒佈量差異不大,施肥機左右兩側撒佈量均在6%以內,因此本研究所開發之施肥機,應可推廣給農民使用。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of study was to develop a low-cost centrifugal fertilizer broadcaster with light-weight, high mobility, and easy maintenance. The fertilizer broadcaster was to be used in row-crop, and the fertilizer used could be powder or granular. A broadcaster was designed with 2 speeds and 23 distribution adjustments, to accommodate the variations of crop requirement. The broadcaster could be used for various row-crop. A series of field testing showed that, its capacity was at least 0.46 ha/hr in tea garden, which was almost 5.2 times faster than human. A series of uniformity tests was also conducted, and it was found that the difference between two sides of the traveling route was under 6%, indicating good distributions in transverse direction. Therefore, the potential applications of the broadcaster developed in this research may be anticipated. |
