中文摘要 | 本研究利用土糟及試驗台車探討鏈式掘溝機構的作業性能,做為研製與改良果園有機肥深層施肥機的依據。土槽中使用砂質壤土,含水率維持在14-16%(d.b.),土壤硬度則在SRII貫穿阻力156.8至 196N/cm[]6FUm之間。實驗項目包括在不同運動速度及土壤切割厚度下,量測切土刀的切削阻力與掘溝鏈條的排土阻力。結果顯示:切土刀的切削阻力隨切削速度之增加而增加,亦隨切削厚度的增加而增加,但其增量卻有逐漸減小的趨勢,造成比切創阻力隨著切削厚度增加而下降,切削厚度等於2.0cm時,比切削阻力約為11.8N/cm。 排土阻力隨排土厚度之增加而增加,但當排土厚度增至1.5和2.Ocm時,排土阻力將隨排土速度增加反而有減少的趨勢。因此,掘溝作業過程中,掘溝鏈條上的每一切土刀之最佳切削厚度為1.5至2.0cm之間,因為在此一切削厚度下,切土刀的比切削阻力最小、動力需求亦最經濟。 # 330 1$aThe performance of a chain-type excavating mechanism was studied in order to make progress in modifying an excavating-type compost applicator. Experiments were conducted in a soil bin in laboratory. The soil is classified as sandy loam which is 14-16% (d.b.) in moisture content and 156.8-196 N/cm2 in penetration resistance, respectively. Relationship among excavating speed, blade speed, cutting thickness of soil, and cutting resistance of soil were evaluated. Experimental results showed that cutting resistance increased with a decreasing increment either the blade speed or cutting thickness of soil is increased. Meanwhile, the specified cutting resistance decreased as blade speed is increased in various cutting thickness. While in sandy loam field, the chain-type excavator may have an optimum operating condition as the blade speed is 160cm/sec, and cutting thickness between 1.5 and 2.0cm. |
