| 中文摘要 | 「深層鬆土施肥(藥)機」於實施地下施液肥(或藥液)作業時,其液肥(或藥液)之自動定量控制作用,是利用「多用途噴氣式深耕機」之「氣壓式自動定量土壤深層施肥消毒裝置」。該項裝置對於液體輸送管路太長(超過300公尺)或坡地太陡之情形下,會發生定量控制液肥(或藥液)效果降低之現象。為了改善上述缺點,本文針對最新型式之深層鬆土施肥(藥)機,重新設計了一套「液肥,藥液自動定量控制裝置」。 它經過各項試驗後,證實可得如下之效果: 1.本項最新改良之裝置可精確地控制所需施放於土壤內之液肥或藥液量。 2.對於較長輸送管路與陡坡地之作業,本項裝置仍能準確地發揮其功用。 3.施肥(藥)量可靠本裝置之調節螺絲來調整。 4.實施地下施肥(藥)作業時,液體在土壤內之分佈情形良好,半徑最大可達60 cm,深度可達70 cm。 |
| 英文摘要 | The function of the designed "Liquid Automatic Control Device" for the Multipurpose Pneumatic Cultivator in subsoil fertilizing or pestcontrolling was declined when the cultivator was operated on a steep hill or its delivery pipe was longer than 300 meters. In order to abolish the defect, a new device was designed and tested. Experimental results showed that: 1. The new device could precisely control the liquid fertilizer or pesticide injected to the subsoil. 2. The working function of the new device was still normal even though it was operated on a steep hill or its delivery pipe was longer than 300 meters. 3. The amount of the injected liquid fertilizer or pesticide could be adjusted by the "Adjusting Bolt" in the device. 4. The distribution of the liquid fertilizer or pesticide was uniform. The maximum distribution radius was 60 cm, and the depth was 70 cm. |
