| 中文摘要 | 雷射引發電漿放射之現象,人們已研究幾十年了。利用時間與空間光譜分析的研 究,可幫助人們瞭解電漿形成以及傳送的現象。本研究使用ArF雷射,其波長為193nm,能量 在150mj至200mj之間,重覆發射率為1Hz,以鋅、銅、鐵和鎳等為目標樣品。空間解析結果 顯示,電漿中的原子和離子,其分布狀態類似高斯型態。時間解析結果顯示,電漿放射信號 最大的發生時間約在20微秒,生命期小於100微秒。 |
| 英文摘要 | Laser-induced plasma emission has been studied for several decades. Space and time resolved spectrometric studies will help understand the breakdown phenomenon. In this study, an ArF excimer laser of wavelength of 193nm, laser power of 150-200mj, repetition rate of 1 Hz, and Zinc, Copper, iron and nickle targets were used. The space results of the laser ablated plasma suggest a confined plasma with a gaussian type distribution of atoms and irons. The time resolved studies show a maximum emission signal occurring approximately 20μs with a lifetime of less than 100μs. |
