中文摘要 | 本篇調查是有關於二氧化碳雷射所造成的燻煙中有關粉塵的定量分析及燻煙中化 學物質之定性與定量分析及其對周遭醫護人員是否有危害。依調查報告顯示在粉塵的定量上 不管使用雷射本身附屬的吸煙器或使用Buffalo集煙器,其總粉塵量及可呼吸性塵量皆低於勞 工作業環境空氣中粉塵容許濃度的10mg/m�臚�5mg/m�纂C而在化學物質的定性及定量分析中 亦皆低於勞工作業環境中各種物質的容許濃度,且燻煙中測出的幾種致癌物質如苯、環氧乙 烷等其濃度皆極低,其致癌率並不高。 所以二氧化碳雷射所造成的燻煙中的粉塵及化學物質並未顯示對健康具明確危害。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to analyze the concentration of dust, and the composition and concentration of chemicals in the plume produced by CO�疹aser. Whether or not the dust and chemicals in the plume were harmful to medical personnel was important. Analysis of the dust by using a smoke evacuation unit showed that the concentrations of both the "total dust" and "respirable dust" were below the national permissible exposure limit of 10mg/m�懸nd 5mg/m��, respectively. Qualitative and quatitative analysis of the chemicals showed that all were well below the national permissible exposure limit. Several carcinogens, such as benzene and ethylene oxygen, were found in very low concentrations in the plume, indicating that the probability of carcinogenesis was not high. We conclude that the quantity of dust chemicals in the plume produced by CO�� lasers do not constitute a health risk to medical personnel. |
