| 中文摘要 | 台電之燃煤儲運場使用商用氧化鋁陶瓷做為煤炭輸送塔的耐磨墊片,已 具相當成效,然而對於氧化鋁陶瓷的耐磨耗與耐衝擊性能的要求,仍無法明確地 規範。所以,本實驗的主要目的乃針對現場實際使用狀況,分析陶瓷磨耗破損情 形,進行實驗室模擬磨耗試驗,以期建立正確、迅速、且有效的檢驗評估技術。 首先,將經長期使用磨損之氧化鋁陶瓷試片分析,確定主要之磨耗模式,評估後 選擇適當之磨耗測試方法。然後,再以國內外之商用氧化鋁陶瓷產品進行物理、 機械性質、噴砂沖蝕磨耗、抹磨磨耗與衝擊試驗。結果顯示噴砂沖蝕磨耗試驗可 以接近實際之磨耗情形,並且很快地分辨出各種氧化鋁陶瓷耐磨耗性能之優劣。 氧化鋁陶瓷的耐磨耗性能與其物理、機械性質及顯微結構有密切的關係。 |
| 英文摘要 | The coal terminal of Taiwan Power Company have been usingalumina ceramics effectively as wear-resistant parts for the hopperapplications of coal - transport. However, there was no comprehensivepurchasing specification for the quality control of thosealumina ceramics. The primary goals of this research are to study thewear mode of the alumina ceramics during such specific applicationand work out an comprehensive evaluation technique for this purpose.Firstly, the worn surfaces of alumina ceramics were carefully examinedand wear mode was determined. The evaluation methods applied forwear-resistant tests were then studied and decided. Secondly, sixkinds of commercial alumina ceramics imported and manufacturedlocally were received for physical, mechanical property, and wearmeasurements. Experimental results show that sand-blasting erosivewear testing is proved to be a very effective and time-saving methodfor the evaluation of wear-resistant ceramics. It was found that wearbehavior of alumina ceramics is strongly dependent on thecomposition, physical, mechanical, and microstructure of sintered bodies. |
