中文摘要 | 利用噴砂工輥所軋出來的鋼帶表面粗糙度,有均勻性不佳及再現性不好兩項缺點。因此放電加工法被開發應用於冷軋及調質用工輥的表面加工,進而取代傳統式的噴砂法,這種方法在加工條件設定時可完全忽略軋輥的硬度及材質,且所加工出來的軋輥具有簡單的輪廓、均一的粗糙度及較低的磨耗,對於軋輥獲得良好的表面狀況是很有幫助。中鋼第一冷軋軋輥工場自1992年設立放電加工機以來,在產品品質的提升、改善軋輥的加工性及成本降低方面均得到滿意的結果,本文將針對放電加工法的原理、設備、特性及性能作介紹。 |
英文摘要 | The disadvantages of strip surface roughness transmitted by conventional shot-blast (SB) work rolls are known as their poor uniformity and reproducibility in process. Therefore, Electric Discharge Texturing (EDT) was developed and applied to work rolls on cold and temper rolling. And it could be an innovated method on surface texture technology to replace the long-existed shot-blast one. EDT machine enables the operator neglecting the material composition and hardness of working piece in process-condition setting, and obtains a perfect finished surface with simplicity and less abrasion along roll profile. EDT method has been successfully implementing at CSC's No.1 Cold Roll Shop since 1992. And achieving good merits in promoting product surface quality, roll workability and reducing operation cost. This paper describes the principle of EDT in terms of equipment features, basic design concept, texturing process and operating performance accordingly. |
