| 中文摘要 | 使用120網目的碳化矽陶瓷顆粒做為噴砂沖蝕磨耗試驗之磨料,針對 92、99.5、99.9A1�烙�偃陴﹞茍l�烙��/ZrO�秦陴■あX材料進行磨耗性能評估, 本實驗的主要目的是在於瞭解氧化鋁陶瓷含量、成份及材料性質對耐沖蝕磨耗的 影響,並且提供臺電公司選用最具經濟效益的陶瓷耐磨材料的準則,以減少落料 槽內襯維修、更換的頻率及停機等成本支出及損失。由噴砂沖蝕磨耗試驗的結果 顯示,氧化鋁陶瓷材料的耐沖蝕磨耗性決定於其顯微組織(晶粒大小及孔隙度)及 機械性質(硬度及破裂韌性)。在氧化鋁陶瓷基底添加15wt3Y-TZP氧化鋯顆粒(稱為 氧化鋯韌化氧化鋁,ZTA),比日本92Al�烙�偃陴※茷~(編號#1)的沖蝕磨耗速率 減少1倍,所以,可將其應用在落料槽內襯磨耗較嚴重的部位。92Al�烙�偃陴℅� 然在耐沖蝕磨耗性上稍差,但是其「性能/成本」比仍最具經濟效益。 |
| 英文摘要 | The erosion resistance of 92, 99.5, and 99.9 Al�烙�軏eramics and Al�烙�� /ZrO�� ceramic composites was investigatedby using sand-blasting technique with 120-mesh SiC abrasives. The purpose of this research project is to obtain acomprehensive understanding of material parameters on theeffect of erosion wear on ceramic liners for the transport ofcoal. The Coal Terminal of Taiwan Power Company will beprovided a criteria for better ceramic materials selection toreduce the maintenance cost and expenses. From the experi-mental results of the erosion test, it is found that erosionresistance of ceramic materials as liners depends primarily onmicrorostructure (grain size and porosity) and mechanicalproperties(hardness and fracture toughness). The introductionof 15wt 3Y-TZP (3molY�烙�� partially stabilized zirconia)particles to the Al�烙�� matrix (known as Zirconia-ToughenedAlumina, ZTA) reduces the erosion rate by a factor of 2compared to that of commercial 92 ALOs ceramics made byJapanese vender (labeled as #l) By comparing the "performance/cost" ratio of various Al�烙�� ceramics and ZTA, the useof 92 Al�烙�� ceramics as hopper liners in coal transport toweris still competitive. |
