中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討沃斯肥粒鐵(ADI)、肥粒鐵(FDI)及波來鐵(PDI)三種基底組織球墨鑄鐵的沖蝕磨耗,量測試其在10°~90°間不同沖蝕角度的材料移除體積,並觀察垂直切面處的表面材料流動。 實驗結果顯示在磨耗初期三種基底組織球墨鑄鐵的材料移除體積都隨沖蝕時間呈線性增加,但ADI的移除率僅為FDI及PDI的1/10~1/20。沖蝕後的FDI表面硬度由初期的HV360增加到10分鐘時的HV670,其殘留沃斯田鐵則由約38%下降到32~35%,說明ADI中應力誘使的殘留沃斯田鐵轉換成麻田散鐵可增加表面硬度,提高沖蝕磨耗抵抗,具有優於其他基底組織更佳的磨耗特性。 |
英文摘要 | Erosive wear tests were performed on austempered ductile iron (ADI), ferritic ductile iron (FDI) and pearlitic ductile iron (PDI) using a shot blast machine. Tremoved materials volume was measured at impact angles between 10°~90°. The surface metal flow in vertical section was also observed. Experiment show that the eroded volume increases almost linearly with blasting time in ADI, PDI and FDI after an initial stage. The erosion rate for ADI is about 1/10~1/20 of that for FDI and PDI. The surface hardness of eroded ADI specimens increased from the initial HV360 to HV670 after 10 min of blasting, while the amount retained austenite decreased from about 38% before test to 32-35% after 10 min. It shown that the stress induced transformation martensite from austenite in ADI gives excellent erosion resistance by hardening the surface. |
