中文摘要 | 本研究主要是針對有或無添加1 wt.%銅元素之延性鑄鐵,執行沃斯回火熱處理使成為沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵(ADI),然後進一步探討與比較ADI之顯微結構、衝擊韌性及破裂韌性的差異,以了解銅元素與沃斯回火熱處理對延性鑄鐵之韌性性質的影響。實驗結果顯示銅元素的添加會使ADI中的殘留沃斯田鐵含量增多,因此銅合金化ADI的衝擊韌性及破裂韌性(KIC值)較無添加合金ADI為佳。尤其是Cu-ADI以較高的溫度(360℃)進行沃斯回火熱處理時,其基地組織結構含有較多的殘留沃斯田鐵含量,可有效的提高衝擊韌性及破裂韌性。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, ductile irons with and without 1 wt.% copper were austempered to obtain Austempered Ductile Irons (ADIs). Microstructure, impact toughness, and fracture toughness were evaluated to determine how copper alloying and austempering heat treatment influenced the toughness properties of ductile irons. The results show that the copper addition increases the retained austenite content in the ADI, the Cu-alloyed ADI has better impact toughness and fracture toughness (KIC value) than those of the unalloyed ADI. In particular, the impact toughness and fracture toughness can be efficiently improved by treating the Cu-alloyed ADI through high austempering temperature (360℃) to obtain more retained austenite. |
