中文摘要 | 試驗目的在測定白肉雞感染Eimeria tenella球蟲芽胞化卵蛙後,血液性狀 及對新城雞瘟疫苗免疫反應的影響。共進行兩個試驗,試驗一,白肉雞於3週齡 時感染5x10�晜茠猺M化卵囊後,每週採血以供血液成分分析。試驗二,白肉雞分 別於1、10、15日齡感染1x10�晜茠猺M化卵囊,前於16與28日齡時採血,供測定對 新城雞瘟疫苗的抗體力價。試驗結果如下: 試驗一,顯示白肉雞在感染球蟲卵囊,於急性感染期間(感染後1週),血紅素、血 漿蛋白質濃度及血球容積比均呈顯著下降,於恢復期(感染後2週),除血球容積比 外,均恢復正常量。血漿微量元素則顯示在急性感染期呈高血銅、高血鉀、低血 鐵及低血鈉情形。血漿中鈣及鋅的濃度則無顯著差異。試驗二,顯示白肉雞感染 芽胞化卵囊後,顯著降低對新城雞瘟疫苗的免疫反應,特別在愈早期感染則抑制 免疫更明顯。 |
英文摘要 | Two experiments were conducted to determine the effects of inoculation Eirneriatenella sporolated oocysts on the immune responses to Newcastle disease vaccinesand blood components in broilers. In experiment 1, chickens were inoculated with5x10 E. tenella sporolated oocysts at 3-week-old and blood samples were drawnweekly for blood components analysis. In experiment 2, chickens were inoculatedwith 1 x 10�� E. tenella sporolated oocysts at 1, 10 and 15 days of age respectively.Blood samples of all birds were drawn at 16 and 28 days of age for the hemagglutination inhibition test to determine antibody liters. Results were as follows: In experiment 1, the concentrations of hemoglobin. Plasma protein and hematocrits of broilers decreased significantly during the acute phase of infection (oneweek after inoculated) and recovered to normal level during the recovery phase (twoweeks after inoculated) except hematocrits. The trace elements of Plasma exhibitedsignificant hypercupremia, hyperkalemia, hypoferremia and hyponatremia during theacute phase of infection. However, the concentrations of Plasma calcium and zinewere not significant differences between inoculate and uninoculate groups. In experiment 2, chickens were inoculated with E. tenella showed smaller antibody titer response to Newcastle disease vaccines, and the immunodepression was increased withthe decrease of the age of chickens. |
