中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧中添加碳酸氫鈉,對本省熱季(8月至10月)產蛋雞生產性能 及血液性狀之影響。選取50週齡白色來航產蛋雞210隻,逢機分配於五個碳酸氫鈉添加量0 、0.2、0.4、0.6及0.8%的飼糧處理組中,每處理組3重複,每重複14隻產蛋雞,飼料及飲 水採任食,試驗為期12週。試驗期間測定產蛋性能、蛋殼品質及血液成分。結果顯示飼糧 中添加碳酸氫鈉有顯著提高蛋雞之產蛋率(P<0.05),而飼料採食量、飼料換蛋率及蛋重各 處理組間差異不顯著(P<0.05),試驗期間各處理組雞隻均有增重,但無顯著之差異(P>0.05) 。碳酸氫鈉添加有改進蛋殼之品質,以添加0.4%和0.6%處理組之蛋殼強度及蛋比重最大(P< 0.05),而蛋殼厚度、蛋殼重及蛋殼重╱蛋重之比率則以添加0.4%處理組最佳(P<0.05)。在 血液成分方面,添加碳酸氫鈉顯著提高產蛋雞血清中離子鈣濃度及降低血清中之pH值(P< 0.05),至於鈉、鉀及氯之濃度,各處理組間差異不顯著(P>0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | This study was designed to investigate the effects of different levels of dietary sodium bicarbonate supplementation on the productive performance and the blood parameters of layers in a hot season (from August to October) in Taiwan. A total of 210 Leghon hens (50 wks old) was randomly assigned to 5 treatments, which were respectively supplemented basal diet with 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8% sodium bicarbonate. Every treatment had three replicates with fourteen layers. Feed and water were fed ad libitum. This study was lasted for 12 weeks. During the experiment period, the above experiments on the layers of every treatment group were made to measure the effects of dietary sodium bicarbonate supplemen- tation on the laying performance, egg shell quality and blood parameters. This results indicated that dietary sodium bicarbonate supplement had significantly increased the egg production (P<0.05). However, it didn't make the feed intake, the feed conversion and the egg weight significantly different (P> 0.05). During the experiment period, the body weigth of every layer in every treatment increased, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The addtion of sodium bicarbonate to the absal diet had improved the egg shell quality. Especially, the supplements of 0.4% and 0.6% sodium bicarbonate had the best egg shell strength and egg specific gravity (P<0.05). The supplement of 0.4% sodium bicarbonate had the best egg shell thickness, egg shell weight, and the weight rate of the egg shell and the egg (P<0.05). As to the effects on the blood parameters, the results showed that the addition of sodium bicarbonate to the basal diet had significantly increased the serum calcium and decressed the pH value of the serum (P<0.05). The concentrations of the serum sodium, potassium, and chloride were not significantly different (P>0.05) among the treatments. |
