中文摘要 | 撒能與阿爾拜因泌乳羊合計30頭,逢機分為兩組,分別以精粗料完全混合日糧, 及精粗料分開餵飼之方式進行群飼飼養。乳羊分娩後即收集其泌乳資料達5個月。試驗資料 顯示,試驗組與對照組的平均每日採食量及平均每日校正泌乳量(3%FCM)分別為1.97、 2.87 vs 1.77、2.83 kg,且兩組泌乳羊之校正泌乳量,隨泌乳時間增長而有下降趨勢,但無組 間差異存在(P>0.05)。在羊乳成分分析方面,試驗組與對照組的乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖 率、總固形物百分比及羊乳體細胞數分別為2.85%、2.86%、4.46%、11%、75.8萬╱ml vs 2.95 %、2.77%、4.45%、11%、100萬╱ml,唯均無統計上的差異存在(P>0.05)。在整個5 個月調查期中,試驗組與對照組的平均每隻乳羊可生產總乳量、乳脂與乳蛋白分別為444.1、 13.1、12.7 kg vs 433.6、12.7、12.0 kg,亦無統計上差異存在(P>0.05)。在泌乳羊血液生化 值分析方面,兩組僅有天冬胺酸轉氨 (AST)及血液含蛋白質(TP)有組間差異存在(P <0.05),兩組分別為93.0 U╱1、126.7 U╱1及7.2 g╱dl、7.6 g╱dl。 |
英文摘要 | A total of thirty Saanen and Alpine dairy goats were randomly allocated into two groups and fed either with total mixed ration (TMR, group A) or with concentrate and forage separately (CFS, group B). Results showed that there was no significant difference in daily dry matter (DM) intake and DM/body weight ratio between the two treatments. Howvere, milk production, percentage of milk fat and milk protein in gropu A tended to be higher than those in group B (2.87 kg, 2.85%, 2.86% vs 2.83%, 2.95%, 2.77%)(P>0.05). The somatic cell count in the milk in group A was lower than that in group B (0.758 million/ml milk vs 1.000 million/ml milk) (P>0.05). During the five moths of lactating period, goats fed with TMR tended to produce more milk , milk fat and milk protein than those fed with concentrate and forage separately (444.1 kg, 12.1 kg, 12.7 kg vs 433.6 kg, 12.7 kg, 12.0 kg; P>0.05). There were significant differences in the value of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and protein in plasma of goats between the two groups (P<0.05). Nevertheless, there was no difference in the value of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), calcium or phosphorus between the two treatments. Results indicated that TMR might be the best feeding model for dairy goats. |
