中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討臺灣熱季(8月至9月)高溫環境下,飼料中添加抗壞血酸對產蛋雞生產性能及血液性狀之影響。以60週齡白色來航產蛋母雞96隻,逢機分配於4個抗壞血酸添加量0、250、500及1000 ppm的飼糧處理中,每處理3重複,每重複8隻產蛋雞,飼料及飲水採取任食,試驗進行6週。結果顯示,飼糧中添加抗壞血酸顯著提高蛋雞之飼料採食量及產蛋率(P<0.05),飼料換蛋率及蛋重差異不顯著,試驗期間各組雞隻均有增重,但無顯著差異。抗壞血酸添加有改進蛋殼之品質,以添加500 ppm組之蛋殼強度及蛋殼厚度最佳(P<0.05),而蛋殼重及蛋殼重╱蛋重之比率,各組間差異不顯著。在血液成分方面,添加抗壞血酸顯著提高產蛋雞血清中鈣離子、球蛋白、α��-球蛋白、β-球蛋白濃度及降低血清中之pH值(P<0.05),至於鈉、鉀、氯、總蛋白、白蛋白、α��-球蛋白及γ-球蛋白等之濃度,各組間則差異不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | This study was designed to investigate the effects of different levels of dietary ascorbic acid (AA) supplementation on the productive performances and the blood traits of llayers in a hot season (from August to September) in Taiwan. A total of 96 Leghorn hens (60 wks old) were randomly assigned to 4 treatments, which were supplemented basal diet with 0, 25, 500, and 1000 ppm AA, respectiviely. Each treatment had three replicates with eight layers. Feed and water were fed ad libitum. The study was lasted for 6 weeks. The results indicated that dietary AA supplement had significantly increased the feed intake and the egg production (P<0.05). However, it didn't make the feed conversion and the egg weight significantly different (P>0.05). During the experiment period, the layers' body weight increased, but it was not significantly different (P>0.05). The addition of AA to the basal diet had improved the egg shell quality. The supplement of 500 ppm AA had the egg shell strength and thickness best (P<0.05). But the egg shell weight and the weight rate of the egg shell and the egg were not significantly different (P>0.05) among treatments. As to the effects on the blood traits: the addition of AA to the basal diet had significantly increased the serum calcium. |
