中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討不同飼糧營養分濃度,對本省涼季下產蛋雞生產性能及免疫反應 之影響。39週齡白色來航產蛋雞90隻,逢機分置於3個不同營養分濃度飼糧中,營養分含 量分別為:粗蛋白質17.0、18.5及20.0%;代謝能2576、2800及3024kcal/kg;鈣3.4、3.7 及4.0%;及有效磷0.42、0.45及0.48%。每處理3重複,每重複10隻產蛋雞,試驗為期8 週,於本省涼季(12月至翌年1月間)進行。試驗進行第14天,雞隻由翼下靜脈注射綿羊紅 血球(SRBC)抗原及肌肉注射新城雞瘟(ND)不活化疫苗,第28天時再補強注射SRBC一次, 以測定抗體力價。試驗進行第28天及55天時,於肉髯部皮內注小植物游集素(PHA),以測 量皮膚腫脹程度。試驗期間測定蛋雞產蛋性能、蛋殼品質、血液性狀及對免疫反應之影響。 結果顯示飼糧營養分濃度提高,顯著提高蛋雞營養分攝取量、飼料換蛋率、產蛋率、蛋 比重、蛋黃重、蛋重、蛋殼強度、蛋殼厚度及蛋殼重(P<0.05);血液中血糖和鈣含量也有明 顯提高(P<0.05)。在免疫反應方面,提高飼糧營養分濃度有提高蛋雞對綿羊紅血球抗體的產 生,質中以SRBC注射後第7天及14天差異顯著(P<0.05);對新城雞瘟疫苗凝集抑制抗體 力價的產生和注射植物血游素(PHA)後對肉髯皮膚腫脹反應均有提高之趨勢(P>0.05)。綜觀 上述結果,於本省涼季環境溫度下,飼糧營養分濃度從中濃度到高濃度時,對蛋雞產蛋性能、 蛋殼品質及增強免疫力有正面之改善效果。 |
英文摘要 | This study was designed to investigate the effects of different dietary nutrient levels on productive performances and immune response of layers in a cool season in Taiwan. 90 Leghorn hens (39 weeks old) were randomly assigned to 3 different dietary nutrient treatments. The amounts of each nutrient at each levels of experiment diets were : crude protein 17.0, 18.5 and 20%, metabolizable energy 2576, 2800 and 3024 kcal/kg, calcium 3.4, 3.7 and 4.0%, and available phosphorus 0.42, 0.45 and 0.48%, respectively. There were three replicates with ten hens in each treatment. The experiment, which lasted for 8 weeks (from December to next January)was done in a cool season. On the 14th day of this experiment, the layers were injected with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) antigen intravenously and inactivated Newcastle disease virus vaccine intramuscularly. Then on the 28th day, boost injection with the same amount of SRBC was done to measure the serum antibody titers. And the layers respectively received a dose of phytohemagglutinin wattle subcutaneously on the 28th day and the 55th day to measure the sizes of the skin swelling after each injection. The measurement items included the laying performances, egg shell quality, blood traits, and immune response. The results indicated that indicated that increasing the nutrient levels significantly enhanced the protein and metabolizable energy intake of dietary nutrients, feed/egg rate, egg production, egg specific gravity, yolk weight (P<0.05). It also increased the amounts of glucose and calcium in blood, respectively (P<0.05). As to the effects on immune response at increased nutrient levels, antibody titers of hemagglutination went up, especially on the 7th day and the 14th day after the SRBC was injected. And there were other increase tendencies (P>0.05), which were antibody titers of hemagglutination inhibition for ND vaccination and the skin swelling response after the hens were injected PHA. From the above results, we are certain that the dietary nutrient levels from middle to high had a positive effect on the improvement in laying performance, egg shell quality and immune responses of laying hens under the cool season ambient temperature. |
