中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的在於探討不同飼糧營養分濃度及飼糧添加抗壞血酸,對本省熱季產蛋 雞產蛋性能、蛋殼品質及血液性狀之影響。45 週齡來航產蛋雞 180 隻,逢機分置於 3 個營 養分濃度× 2 個抗壞血酸量所組成的複因子試驗中,每一處理組合有 3 重複, 每重複 10 隻產蛋雞。 於低、中及高 3 個不同營養分濃度的飼糧中,營養分含量分別為:粗蛋白質 17.0、18.5 及 20.0%;代謝能 2576、2800 及 3024kcal/kg;鈣 3.4、3.7 及 4.0%;及有 效磷 0.42、0.45 及 0.48%。抗壞血酸添加量為 0 及 300ppm。 試驗為期 8 週,於本省熱 季 (8 月至 9 月間 ) 進行。試驗期間測定產蛋雞體重、飼料採食量、飼料轉換率、蛋重、 產蛋率、蛋殼強度、蛋殼厚度、蛋殼重之變化及對血液性狀之影響。試驗結果顯示,飼糧營 養分濃度與抗壞血酸添加量對蛋雞蛋殼厚度及血鈣之交互作用顯著 (P<0.05),在高營養濃 度飼糧添加抗壞血酸 300 ppm 組,蛋殼厚度有較厚的趨勢,且與低營養濃度組有顯著差異 (P<0.05)。 血中鈣濃度則以高營養濃度飼糧未添加抗壞血酸組的含量最高 (P<0.05)。飼糧 之營養分濃度從低濃度提高到高濃度,分別顯著改進 (P<0.05) 產蛋雞的飼料換蛋率 8.25% , 蛋重 3.91%、 蛋殼重 6.98%、 蛋殼強度 13.31%、 蛋殼厚度 4.71% 及提高血中鈣含量 11.78%, 而產蛋率則以餵給中營養分濃度組較佳 (p<0.05) 。 產蛋雞飼糧添加抗壞血酸 300ppm,對蛋殼強度有改進的效果 (P<0.05), 在產蛋率及蛋殼厚度有改進的趨勢,但血中 鈣含量較無添加組為低 (P<0.05),其他產蛋性能及血液性狀均無差異。 |
英文摘要 | A total of 180 Leghorn hens was conducted to study the effects of different dietary nutrient levels and ascorbic acid supplementations on performances, egg shell quality and blood traits of laying hens in a hot season in Taiwan. Hens were housed individually in wire cages (45 weeks old) and were randomly alloted into different diets. A 3 × 2 factorial design was used with three dietary nutrient levels (low, middle and high) and two levels of ascorbic acid supplementations (0 ppm and 300 ppm). The amounts of each nutrient in every levels of experiment diets were: crude protein 17.0, 18.5 and 20.0%; metabolizable energy 2576, 2800 and 3024 kcal/kg; Ca 3.4, 3.7 and 4.0%; and available phosphorus 0.42,0.45 and 0.48%. There were three replicates with ten hens in each treatment. The experiment period was 8 weeks (from August to September) in a hot season. For the hens of each treatment group measurements were made for body weight, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, egg weight, egg production percentage, egg shell strength, egg shell thickness, egg shell weight and blood traits. The results showed that egg shell thickness and b lood calcium of laying hens were significantly interacted (P<0.05) by dietary nutrient concentrations and ascorbic acid supplementations. As the nutrient concentration increased from low to high, significant improvements (P<0.05) were obtained: feed/egg rate 8.25%, egg weight 4.42%, egg shell weight 6.98%, egg shell strength 13.31%, egg shell thickness 4.71% and blood calcium level 11.78%, respectively. However, egg production percentage of laying hens receiving middle nutrient concentration was better than those of other treatments (P<0.05). Addition of ascorbic acid 300 ppm to the diets of laying hens significantly and effectively improved the egg shell strength(P<0.05), and the egg production percentage was improved but was not significantly different (P>0.05). However, blood calcium concentration and body weight of laying hens were lower significantly (P<0.05) than the control treatment, for those without adding ascorbic acid 300 ppm, and there was no significant difference in the other laying performances and blood traits of laying hens (P>0.05). |
