中文摘要 | 36隻實驗犬(雌性17隻,雄性19隻)經犬心絲蟲成蟲抗原之ELISA篩檢為陽 性反應後,以屍體解剖方式進行心肺部位之仔細檢查,記錄各實驗犬被發現之雌 雄成蟲數,並與ELISA檢測時之呈色相比對。結果顯示,以Agritech CO. USA所出 品的Diasystem ELISA Kit檢測心絲蟲成蟲的準確率為97.2,僅有一例為偽陽性。從 分析ELISA Ki 之呈色深淺與寄生之心絲蟲成蟲數之多寡發現,當ELISA檢測呈較 強(++)反應(深藍色)時,可預估該病畜約有30條左右之成蟲寄生於體內,而呈色 強度如介於陽性對照組(+)與(++)之間時,則蟲數之變異性大,很難預測實際的寄 生蟲數。究其原因,可能是每一隻犬能產生抗體的能力不同,或每一條心絲蟲所 具有之抗原量有差異,因而造成蟲數與抗原多寡不一定成比率的現象。 |
英文摘要 | The total of 36 experimental dogs (female 17 and male 19) were examined and revealed positive reaction on the canine Dirofilariaimmitis antigen ELISA test. All of them were autopsied and closelyinspected on the heart and lungs, in order to find the relationshipbetween color reaction, parasitic unmbers and its sexual distribution. The result revealed that, 97.2 sensitivity showed on theDiasystem ELISA Kit test and only one case was pseudopositive; therelationship between color reaction and parasitic numbers was:stronger color reaction of ++ in blue could be predicted more than 30adult worms deposited in the cardiopulmonary system; if colorreaction between + and ++, the number of parasites was too variableto be predicted. It is possible that the quantitive antibody ofindividual producing or the quantitive antigen of worms possessingare different, which makes it out of proportion. |
