| 中文摘要 | 為探討稻草堆肥、樹皮堆肥、米糠、雞糞等農村常用有機質肥料與化 學肥料對葡萄產量增加與品質改進之影響,自1988年開始連續四年期,於彰化 縣大村鄉田洋村臺中區農業改良場農場進行田間試驗。結果顯示;年度別比較 時,葡萄夏果產量糖度、酸度均以第四(1991)年較好,尤其施用15mt/ha稻草堆 肥區的產量10,313kg/ha為最高,糖度17 °Brix,酸度0.34g/100ml,糖酸比為50, 施用15mt/ha樹皮堆肥區的產量9,362kg/ha次之,糖度16.8°Brix,酸度0.33g/100 ml,糖酸比為50.9,比單施化學肥料對照區的7,520kg/ha、16.4°Brix,糖酸比51.3 者,分別增產20.5%及9.4%,糖度高出0.6°及0.4°Brix,糖酸比則比對照區低1.3 及0.9。據1989年即第2年的九個處理(疏株後),平均產量比較時,以稻草堆肥 區為最高,施用米糠次之,分別比單施化肥對照區的5,978kg/ha,增產7.0%及 2.1%。施用樹皮堆肥區的三年平均亦比單施化肥對照區增產1.0%。夏果糖度以 施用稻草區的16.7°Brix (糖酸比31.5)較高,雞糞區的16.4°Brix (糖酸比30.9)次 之,米糠、豬糞、腐植酸加化肥(糖酸比均為31.3)及樹皮堆肥區的16.3°Brix (糖 酸比30.8)又次之,亦均比單施化肥區15.9°Brix (糖酸比30.6)高。冬果產量以第 三(1990)年的單施化肥區較高。冬果糖度以施用雞糞區的18.2°Brix (糖酸比24.6) 較高,腐植酸加化肥、花生粕、大豆粕、樹皮及米糠區均比單施化肥區的17.2°Brix (糖酸比22.3)高。有機質肥料對提高葡萄產量及品質均有相當大之效應,故為提 高葡萄產量並改善品質,建議配合化學肥料,施用完全醱酵的稻草堆肥或樹皮堆 肥等有機質肥料較好。 |
| 英文摘要 | The present experiment was aimed to compare the effect of organic manures on the yield and quality of Kyo-Ho grape. Nine treatments including chicken manure (5mt/ha), hog manure (12mt/ha), rice bran (6mt/ha), peanut cake (4.5mt/ha), soybean cake (4.5mt/ha), rice straw (15mt/ha), bark compost (15mt/ha), humic acid (35 l/ha) plus chemical fertilizer and chemical fertilizer (N-P2O5-K2O 100-100-200kg/ha), only (used as a control) were layed out in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The experiment was carried out at the farm of Taichung District Agricultural Improvement Station from 1988 to 1991. The result of the studies indicated that the application of rice straw compost and bark compost were respectively to give higher yield and sugar content of fruits than those plots applied with chemical fertilizer only. The rice bran applied plot showed next high values in fruit yield and sugar content exceeding the chemical fertilizer applied plot. Further, it was observed that the sugar content of grapes grown under the application of chicken and hog manures, soybean cake and humic acid were higher than that grown under the chemical fertilization. |
